Changes to Victim Restitution Payments
Effective April 3, 2023 victim restitution payments will no longer be accepted by the District Attorney Bad Check Diversion Unit
All payments are to made at the:
Las Vegas Justice Court Customer Service Unit
1st floor Regional Justice Center
All Victim Restitution Payments must be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, attorney trust account check, or debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover only).
PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED – DO NOT MAIL CASH PAYMENTS
Your case number must be written on the payment. Both in-person and mailed payments must be made payable to “Las Vegas Justice Court” and paid to:
