EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2017 – NRS 4.060 increases the civil action jurisdiction from $10,000 to $15,000. The filing fee will be $274 for civil actions filed between $10,000.01 and $15,000.00.

**Attention All Civil e-Filers:  If you are filing a new case using a civil cover sheet, the civil cover sheet should be filed as the last document of your new complaint.**
