Court Records Copy/Research Requests

Pursuant to the LVJC Policy on Public Access to Court Records, a request to obtain copies of criminal court records must be made to the LVJC in writing, utilizing the Copy/Research Court Records Request Form.

FEES:
The requestor must pay the fee for preparing any copy, whether paper or electronic, as set forth in NRS 4.060.

Payments are accepted by cash, cashier's check and money orders made out to “Las Vegas Justice Court”, VISA or MASTERCARD debit or credit card. Be sure to write the case number on the cashier's check or money order.

Preparing any copy of any record, proceeding or paper	$0.50 per page
Certificate of the clerk, under the seal of the court	$3.00 each certificate
For searching records or files	$1.00 each year

To receive a receipt showing that the payment was processed, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
