Records Requests
Pursuant to the LVJC Policy on Public Access to Court Records, a request to obtain copies of civil court records must be made to the LVJC in writing, utilizing the Copy/Research Court Records Request Form.

FEES:
The requestor must pay the fee for preparing any copy, whether paper or electronic, as set forth in NRS 4.060.
Payments are accepted by cash, money order, or cashier's check, VISA or MASTERCARD debit or credit card. Be sure to write the case number on the cashier's check or money order.
