Civil record information may be obtained in person by visiting the Las Vegas Justice Court. 

Records Requests 

We recommend that you email your record requests to recordsc@clarkcountynv.gov. You may also request a record search by mail.

Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the request to be returned via mail. To complete the Record Request form click here.

Method of Payment

1. Cash (at Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk's Office only)
2. MasterCard / Visa (at Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk's Office only)
3. Check / Money Order (by mail or in person at Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk's Office)

Checks and Money Orders should be made to the "Las Vegas Justice Court."  Do not send cash through the mail.

The records requests are not processed until payment has been received. Most records requests are completed within 10 business days.
